This is the part where we applied the acrylic adhesive onto the leg, all freehand. We used our acrylic adhesive, and luer lock bottles with plastic tips that we carry in our product line to do this.
After we apply and let the glue dry, then we choose the color(s) of glitter we'd like to add to create a freehand glitter tattoo.
